I have been using Jonathon Moore as my auctioneer for the past seven years.

He is extremely professional with his dealings with me, and my vendors and purchasers. I get many comments from my vendors saying how impressed they were with Jonathon and how his expertise and experience ultimately led to them getting a higher price for their home.

He is clear in the information he delivers to the crowd, has a great understanding of the crowd he is addressing and has an uncanny knack of being able to ‘read’ the crowd and use that to our advantage.

Jonathon also goes one step further and helps me negotiate with the bidders and vendors alike, where it is an advantage to have an external person apart from me – the agent.

There is no point looking for another auctioneer – I have absolute confidence in Jonathon to deliver the best result every time. If he is good, then I look good, and I like to look good. At the end of the day it is all about getting the highest price for you vendor, and I have no doubt that Jonathon contributes towards this with his skill and knowledge.
